The IICF International Board of Governors comprises senior executives and insurance professionals representing the leading insurance business and organizations across the industry, and is convened to establish the policies and strategic objectives of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation. Through planning and advocating for IICF growth, management of its long-term investment fund and determining philanthropic Foundation priorities, the IICF International Board of Governors ensures that IICF provides meaningful philanthropic value and benefits to the communities it serves and the industry it represents.

IICF’s Advisory Board comprises charitable foundation leaders and corporate social responsibility specialists representing a wide range of insurance businesses and organizations. With the goal of strengthening the collective philanthropic voice and impact of the industry, the IICF Advisory Board provides a platform for these leaders to exchange expertise, knowledge and best practices relative to philanthropic initiatives and community outreach, as well as to advise the International Board of Governors on philanthropic priorities.
Division Boards of Directors
Each of IICF’s five divisions are governed by a regional Board of Directors with the authority to establish guidelines for the division, raise funds, determine grant focus areas, award community grants and work with local, community-based nonprofit organizations in fulfilling IICF’s mission of helping communities and enriching lives.
